Product will be sent the same business day if ordered by 12pm after receiving payment (unless it is a pre-order product).

Australia Post Standard should take 2-4 business days within VIC and 3-6 business days for all other states. 

Australia Post Express should take 1-2 business days within VIC and 1-3 business days for all other states. 

International shipping could take up to 10 business days for metro regions.

We will not be responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post that are outside of our control. 

Ensure your shipping address is correct, buyer will be responsible for any added shipping costs caused from an incorrect address.

Shipping Pre-order Products

The shipping method you select at the checkout for pre-order products will be applied from the date the stock arrives in our warehouse. Once the stock arrives in our warehouse you will be notified of your tracking number and your item will be sent by your selected shipping method.

Christmas Delivery 

Please note the below dates have been announced by Australia Post to receive your items before Christmas. We can not guarantee delivery before Christmas due to potential delays caused by Australia Post that are outside of our control.
