If you have not received your order please check the Australia Post tracking number you received when your item was sent or open the Live Chat in the bottom right on your screen and provide your order number. Your item may be awaiting pickup from your local post office. If this is not the case, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
If Australia Post have lost the item please reach out to us at sales@bbqcreations.com.au
If you selected pick up from Windsor LPO. You would have received a notification from Australia Post with a tracking number within 24 business hours. Your item will be awaiting pickup from the Windsor LPO post office.
If you product is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us to organise a replacement.
Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you purchased a spit, you will have 90 days from when you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in full.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our sausage and kebab cooker is not suitable for all Weber BBQs.
The product is designed for square shaped 4 - 6 burner BBQs.

No, you need to be able to cook on a low heat. Using the product on a charcoal BBQ may damage the product.
If you purchased a pre-order product, you will be only notified if there are any delays via email. If you have not heard from us then the items are expected to arrive at the time advised when you purchased. Once the stock arrives at our warehouse you will receive your tracking number and your item will be sent via the shipping method you selected at checkout.
We are an ecommerce store and therefore do not have a staffed warehouse to facilitate local pickups. Unless you are in Victoria, Australia. You can select the pickup location option at the checkout.
