I have not received my order. Can you help?

If you have not received your order please check the Australia Post tracking number you received when your item was sent. Your item may be awaiting pickup from your local post office. If this is not the case, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

If Australia Post have lost the item please reach out to us at sales@bbqcreations.com.au

Will my item arrive before Christmas?

Please see the Australia Post Christmas delivery cut off dates here. These cut off dates apply to both in-stock and pre-order products.

Is your sausage and kebab cooker compatible with a Weber?

Our sausage and kebab cooker is not suitable for all Weber BBQs.

The product is designed for square shaped 4 - 6 burner BBQs.

You will need to measure your grill plate cooking area for compatibility.

The unit requires a minimum 445mm x 295mm cooking area.

Can I use the sausage and kebab cooker on a flat plate?

No, the sausage and kebab cooker must be used on a grill plate.

Can the sausage and kebab cooker be used with a charcoal BBQ?

No, you need to be able to cook on a low heat. Using the product on a charcoal BBQ may damage the product.

I pre-ordered a product. when can I expect an update on my order?

If you purchased a pre-order product, you will be only notified if there are any delays via email. If you have not heard from us then the items are expected to arrive at the time advised when you purchased. Once the stock arrives at our warehouse you will receive your tracking number and your item will be sent via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Can I pick up my item in-store?

We are an ecommerce store and therefore do not have a staffed warehouse to facilitate local pickups. Unless you are in Victoria, Australia. You can select the pickup location option at the checkout.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depending on where we are sending your item. You can find out the delivery cost by entering your shipping address at checkout.

Can you send internationally?

We are happy to provide a quote for the delivery to another country. Please email us at sales@bbqcreations.com.au with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase.

How can I return my item?

If you product is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us to organise a replacement.

Change of mind:

Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
