Returns
Faulty or damaged on arrival:
Please contact us to organise a replacement.

Change of mind:
Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you no longer possess the item, we are unable to process a refund.

If you've purchased one of our spits, the 90 day guarantee commences from the day you purchase your item.  To be eligible, you must return the item in full including all parts.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
